Staff Sharing of workshops attended or learning that has taken place- remind of link where workshop experiences can be shared (Jeff will e-mail staff to tell them this will be coming up so that they are prepared). Dennis will make sure that staff is aware that this "sharing" will continue to take place at all staff meetings.

- Work in 2 groups to complete plans for Goals 2 and 3
- discuss the required actions to arrive at essence of expectation
- review the criteria currently in place to determine whether these actions address the essence of the required action
- revise the plans to make them relevant and meaningful
Required Action #1- Evaluation Forms page created
- Performance Review Form B - Performance Competencies rubric created (review/edit/approve)
- Create an end-of-year survey to get input regarding effectiveness of staff evaluation process (volunteers? delegation?)
